Summer is in full swing! Faviana and I love to stay fit and take care of our bodies all year long but during the Summer when it's easy to be on vacation mode and when clothing gets skimpier there's even more motivation to look and feel our best.
Faviana's Fitness by Eve will be bringing you Summer Beach Body sessions and other vlogs all Summer long to keep you fit, fabulous and prevent boredom by providing you with lots of new ideas, workouts and advice.
I'm here to show you a few quick and easy exercises that involve no equipment which you can do anywhere, even on the beach! There's a 4 minute or 10 minute version that both work out your entire body, so no excuses you don't have the time.
I created the Glam and Gowns, Fitness by Eve Summer Sessions Series for Faviana to fit into your Summer life. No one wants to spend their vacation spending hours exercising or looking for a gym when they could be by the pool or out exploring. Bodyweight exercises may just be the perfect way for you to stay in shape and bikini ready all Summer long.

- Can be done anytime, anyplace, no excuses! During sunset on the beach, on your hotel balcony, poolside, in the park with friends, wherever you feel like it.
Step 1: Simply watch the video so that you know what each exercise involves.
Step 2: Screenshot or save the the workout plan image below so you have it on your phone to look at whenever you want to workout. There’s 2 options as to how you do these sessions, you can choose which one you want to do:
Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
Perform as many reps as possible in 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
