No Equipment Needed Tricep Exercises

Triceps seem to be a problem area for a lot of women so why not give them a little TLC with a few Tricep dips. If you can’t find a bench to do these on you can use a sofa, secure chair that won’t topple over, bed, ottoman or the floor.

Tricep Dips

Start with either your legs bent and your feet planted flat on the floor, or to make it harder extend the legs.

Keep your butt close to the bench and hands as close to your body as possible.

Top of tricep dip. Fitness by Eve.

Slowly bend your elbows to a 90*angle and then straighten the arms slowly, this is 1 rep.

Bottom of tricep dip. Fitness by Eve.

Aim for 4 sets of as many reps as you can do to failure, rest 30 seconds between sets.

Remember to do a few arm circles to begin with to warm up and to stretch your triceps afterwards.
